Welcome to Fur the Love of Dogs
We are a dog grooming salon in Smallfield, Surrey. Based close to the West Sussex border, near Horley, and in easy reach of Kent and East Sussex, we are pleased to be able to serve clients (and their human companions!) across the South East.
At Fur the Love of Dogs, quality dog care, comfort and happiness is our priority. Fully insured and DBS checked, we work on a one-to-one basis with your four-legged friend, creating a fun and positive environment for you and your pampered pooch. Our staff are City & Guilds trained, boasting up-to-date knowledge in canine first aid, and we’re proud to offer the Emmi-pet ultrasonic teeth cleaning system to clean your dog’s teeth without the need for scrubbing. We are also trained and qualified by Peddy Mark to implant microchips for dogs, cats and other small domestic animals.
We know your dog is so much more than a pet, and – as a responsible owner – we know you want the best for them. Whatever your pet care and grooming needs, we’re here to help make your dog happy, healthy and hygienic. (What good humans!)

Grooming
We all know the healthy benefits of a clear scalp and well-maintained hair: our dogs are no different. Good regular coat care is very important for dogs of all breeds, helping to support overall health, immunity and minimising skin irritation.
Teeth cleaning
Teeth brushing can be an uncomfortable process – especially for dogs! And it’s often no picnic for their owners either. If teeth cleaning is a struggle for you and your pup, the Emmi-pet system may be the answer.
Microchipping
Your pet’s safety and security are paramount. We hope you never have cause to use it but, should your pet go missing, microchipping has an established success rate, playing a vital role in finding and returning lost or stolen animals.
