Meet the team
Hi, I’m Harriet – founder, lead groomer and chief pet-pamperer at Fur the Love of Dogs. I’ve been running the salon since 2020 and have an absolute passion for pets – dogs especially! – so working closely with them on a daily basis, making sure they’re happy and healthy, is a dream come true for me.
As a devoted pet owner, you’ll know that positive interactions are vital for building trust with our animals, helping to lessen anxiety and make them feel comfortable – even in the face of the most daunting of experiences. Working one-on-one with my clients’ furry friends helps me to build a great relationship with them so they’re relaxed throughout the whole grooming experience.
But it’s not just pets I like to put at ease – being City and Guilds trained in all aspects of pet grooming and care, you can put your trust in me to offer the best possible treatment and advice to help you keep your pet in peak condition.
Our Facilities
Our purpose built, state-of-the-art grooming salon is located in tranquil and calming surroundings, set well away from the busy noise and traffic of the main road.
Fitted with up-to-date and well-maintained equipment, the salon itself is a private haven for your pet where they can relax in natural surroundings while receiving the loving care every pet deserves.
We also offer professional ultrasonic teeth cleaning using the Emmi-pet system, and are certified by Peddy Mark to offer a reliable microchip implanting service to help protect your pet. Find out more about both of these products on our services page.
How to get here…
Our premises are located on Broadbridge Lane, between Burstow to the south and Smallfield to the north.
When travelling north, we are located on your right, approximately 450ft on from the Church Road turning. If travelling south, we are on your left, approximately 1 mile from Weatherhill Road.
Our premises are clearly marked with signage from the main road.
